# Virtual Account Status Updated Event

POST 

Sent when the status of a virtual account changes to Active or Closed.

Once you have subscribed to the "VBAN STATUS" event type, Redpin will call your designated API endpoint with the payload described below when there is an update to one of your virtual account's statuses.

- `country` (string, required) — Country of virtual account.
- `country_specific_code` (string, required) — Code of bank/financial institution.

- `country_specific_method` (string, required) — Method/network to be used for money transfer.
- `country_specific_code2` (string, required) — Second code of bank/financial institution.
